| Anfield Island Issue 57 Out Now |
 ANFIELD ISLAND is the official quarterly magazine published by Liverpool Supporters Club Malta. This full-colour 20-page magazine is distributed by post to all our members as part of the membership package and all members have received a copy. In Issue 57, we find a message to all the members from Charles Farrugia, chairman of Liverpool Supporters Club Malta and also from James Vella as club secretary. Features in the issue are on Yossi Benayoun, Alberto Aquiliani and the sale of Xabi Alonso plus a look back on Liverpool as a Capital City of Culture 2008. A Michael Shields triubute dominates the middle pages followed by a detailed feature about Standard Chartered Bank as the new sponsors of Liverpool FC. Also we have a look at the club improvements done at the premises of Liverpool Supporters Club in Gozo Special thanks go to Jean Paul Borg, Paul Grech, Larry Vella, Joe-Lynn Micallef, Jesmond Moore and Alexander Grima who all contributed towards Issue 57.
